The 23-d century. The capital have won on the Earth. The power belongs to the working masses. The world-wide battle with evil is finished. Social justice, political responsibility and new social compact mark a new Golden age of the mankind. Art serves for society and opens new horisons of possible. It meets the challenges of its time answers by accomplishing new plastic tasks. Faces of Malevich, Rodchenko and Klutsis are on its flags. Propaganda posters and ROSTA's satire windows are its icons.
